1. General Provisions and Operator These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator and the customer (guest) regarding accommodation reservations.  2. Scope of Services and Price The accommodation price paid by the guest includes: Accommodation in the selected apartment (Apollo Apartments Šírava). The exact number of nights selected during the booking process. The exact number of persons specified in the reservation (no extra persons are included in the price, and additional unregistered guests are strictly prohibited). Local tourist tax for the municipality of Vinné. The accommodation price does NOT include: Any meals or food. Any transport or transfers.
 3. Payment Terms Payment for the reservation is made online in full (100% of the total amount) at the time of booking on our website. Payments are securely processed via credit/debit card through the Stripe payment system. The reservation is confirmed only after the full amount has been successfully processed.
 4. Cancellation Policy In accordance with Slovak consumer protection laws (provision of accommodation services for a specific date), we do not accept cancellations and all bookings are strictly Non-Refundable. The guest acknowledges that once the payment is made, the selected apartment is firmly reserved for the chosen dates. In case of a no-show or cancellation, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
 5. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: On the day of arrival after 14:00 (2:00 PM). Check-out: On the day of departure by 10:00 (10:00 AM).
 6. Liability for Damages The guest is fully liable for any damages to the property, the apartment, and its equipment caused by themselves, their co-guests, or their pets. Any damage must be reported to the operator before departure (check-out) so that the exact cost of the damage can be assessed. The operator (Apollo Home s.r.o.) reserves the right to charge the guest for the full cost of the damages. The guest authorizes the operator to charge this amount directly via the Stripe payment system from the card used for the original booking. 7. House Rules, Pets, and Parking Pets: Dogs are allowed in the apartments. The maximum number of dogs permitted per apartment is 2. Parking (Large Vehicles): If the guest plans to arrive with a vehicle larger than a standard Van, they must notify us in advance to ensure suitable parking arrangements.
 8. Final Provisions By submitting a reservation and making a payment, the guest confirms that they have read, fully understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Any legal relations not covered by these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
9. Personal Data Protection (Privacy Policy - GDPR) The operator processes the guest's personal data exclusively for the purpose of creating and managing the reservation and for fulfilling statutory legal obligations. These legal obligations primarily include maintaining a guest register (accommodation book) as required by local regulations, and the mandatory reporting of the stay of foreign nationals to the Foreign Police, as mandated by law. Guests' personal data is kept secure and is not shared with third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes.
