Cancellation policy

Reservations on the website siravaapartmany.sk are binding.

Payment: 100% of the stay price by card via Stripe when making a reservation.

The reservation is valid only after payment has been credited.

Cancellation and refund: accommodation is a service for a specific date.

Once paid, the reservation cannot be cancelled free of charge and the payment is non-refundable.

(including the case that you do not start your stay).

Date change: if you let us know at least 14 days in advance and there is a free time on the calendar

another date, we can move the date without additional payment (you will only pay any additional

(difference in season price). This is not a claim, but we can accommodate.

If we are unable to provide the apartment on our part (accident, force majeure),

We will refund 100% of the amount paid or offer an alternative date.
