We want you to have a wonderful, relaxing stay.
Please follow these simple rules:
 1. Check-out: until 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Different times? Contact us in advance.
 2. Maximum occupancy
No more guests than stated in the booking (including children).
No extra overnight visitors without agreement.
Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
 3. Final cleaning & departure. Leave the apartment in a decent state: • Wash and put away dishes • No food leftovers • Take all rubbish bags to the containers at the parking entrance • Clean grill / outdoor equipment if used • Remove pet hair / traces (if applicable)

 4. Parties & loud events
Parties, gatherings or loud events are allowed only after prior notification and our agreement.
Reasonable celebration on New Year’s Eve is permitted without notification.
 5. Quiet hours
Respect 22:00 – 06:00 quiet time. Be considerate to neighbours.
 6. Smoking
Strictly prohibited inside the apartment (including e-cigarettes, vaping, IQOS etc.).
Allowed only on the terrace or at least 5 m from the building.
Properly dispose of butts and ashes.
 7. Safety & fire safety • Fire extinguisher at the entrance – use if safe, then evacuate and call 112 • Turn off lights / AC / heating when leaving the room • Unplug chargers when not present • Call us immediately in any emergency
 8. Damages & security deposit
Deposit collected via Booking.com or Airbnb.
 Any damage (including from pets or indoor smoking) charged from deposit or invoiced after stay.
Report issues immediately.
 9. Pets
Max 2 dogs per apartment – must be declared at booking.
No leaving dogs alone for long, no damage to furniture/floors, leash in common areas.
Clean up after pets inside and outside.
